Artist’s note
On the South Bank, I placed the people in the foreground and Parliament behind them. The question in the title was already on my mind. Multiple exposures brought the crowd's movement into the image, with the buildings still visible beyond. You can rest assured that Parliament will always be behind the people in this image!
